Don't ever try to complain to them! Firstly you cannot post on their facebook page, you have to send them a message by facebook messenger. Then when you do they do not believe what you say unless you can provide proof of purchase - and who keeps proof of purchase for a frozen product that is kept for when you don't feel like cooking?
I seem to be constantly fighting with the circulation department to get my newspaper delivered (The Star) and on the days when it rains then I have a sodden mass of newsprint. Besides delivering my paper on a daily basis, at a reasonable hour, get with the programme and understand that it is summer and it rains and that's why you have plastic bags for the paper! Use them. As for the billing department .... I got an email on 11 March advising that they respond to emails within 3 working days! I've worked 14 days since then - why are they so lucky that they get to have so much leave. And all I want to do is give them my money - but they seem to be totally not interested in customer service in any department.
