I’m sharing my experience with them. We saw a tracker report of the car doing up and down. Long story short. The car was parked at a shopping complex. My husband dropped me off there and went straight to their workshop. I then took the keys from one of the employees and drove straight to the dealer. When I got there, two or three white men were physically assaulting him. They even had the audacity to open an assault case against us. The boss of that workshop was also at the police station.
Hey guys, I’m sharing my experience with these workshop. I can’t tag them because they blocked me We took our BMW for a service on Monday, and when I checked the tracker, it showed that my car had been making trips every day even as far as Sandton. When my husband went to their offices to check on the car, it wasn’t there but parked at a complex doing personal trips with my car. My husband told them how unhappy he was and started recording . Long story short, 3 white guys and 1 white lady physically assaulted him 🤦🏽♀️. The boss even went as far as opening a case, calling security on us, worse the security guy exchanged words with me. Instead of apologizing for messing up, they had the nerve to open a case against us. Worse they sweared him and one guy called him with the K word. For the first time in our lives we never thought we will racially profiled.
Debonairs advertised a competition on twitter whereby users were requested to post a hashtag, i posted and won the competition according to Debonairs. I've been sending them messages since to provide the won voucher and received no form of response from them although they keep tweeting and/or posting. I called their call center, they told me to send an email and will receive a response within 48 hours. A few days have passed now and still no response. I think debonairs competition ad campaigns are a scam
