TBG Sports a complete scam
This is a total scam - they are active on FaceBook under TBG Sports and also run an online store https://tbgsportssa.com/ - they offer sport products. Once you have paid your money across to them they stop communicating - avoid completely and do not get caught up in the scam.

No support in fraud case from Cell C
A few weeks ago I received a call from a debt collecting agency claiming to be working on behalf of Cell C. I was informed that a contract had been opened a year ago in my name which I was liable for. The outstanding balance runs into tens of thousands of rands. I immediately called Cell C to get further information. I have called at least ten times and had my case “escalated” again and again. I have also emailed their fraud division on five separate occasions without a single reply. I am unable to get any detail on this so called contract - where it was opened, who signed for it - nothing. I eventually got one of their consultants to follow up for me only to receive the following as a response: “I am very sorry for taking too long to get back to you. I have been trying to get you assistance and have recently spoke to one of my seniors about you query. It is very unfortunate that the copy of the fraudulent account is not found on the system reason being that the account was permanently deactivated due to non payment.” Without providing any supporting evidence, Cell C have sent a debt collecting agency after me. What is my next step as Cell C are not prepared to respond to any queries - either through their call centre or fraud division.
