They will break your stuff and make you pay for it.
- I sent my laptop to Rectron Durban to repair a cracked case. - During repair, the keyboard magically broke and had to be replaced. - Got my laptop back, switched it on, and the speakers were magically broken. So I returned it for another repair. - Got the laptop back again and used it for a few months. One day I tried to play a game I had played before on the laptop. The laptop overheated and died. - Took it to a 3rd party licensed provider of Retcron's for repair. The technician discovered that Rectron never inserted any type of heat protection when they worked on my laptop. - This caused permanent heat damage and the laptop has to be replaced. - Rectron refuse to do anything because the warranty of the repair has expired. - I do not accept this because the work they did directly resulted in the loss of my laptop. I couldn't have known about the lack of heat protection sooner. I want a solution from Rectron.

They sell junk and don't accept returns
I ordered a Kenwood mixer, having grown up with one and knowing they're great quality. When it arrived, I used it once and discovered the one I bought is very low quality and the top arm wobbles around when it mixes. I requested to return it but Culinarium refused because it's been used.
