I had a payment arrangement for Wonga and paid off in December,forwarded proof of payment but no settlement letter to date.It is appearing on my bureau profile that am skipping payments.Their phone is not going through and no answer to mails.
Good day, I booked an urgent flight for my husband on 30 June 2022,date of travel 11 July 2022 all the transactions went through then received an email of itinerary thereof. Soon after that an email of on hold came through then an agent called on Saturday 02 July 2022 to say that they are having technical problems so they will have to refund us till today 06 July 2022 we don't have a day of departure and no money in the account only an mere email that states that the reversal has been made.
