Don’t buy from Hi-Fi corporation online!
I bought a fridge from HifiCorp, it was delivered 3 days later - but the door was danaged so they took it back. I then received an SMS that the fridge would be delivered the following Saturday (04-03-2023). The fridge was nit delivered On 06-03-2023, 07-03-2023, 08-03-2023 and 09-03-2023 I logged queries with the support desk. Everytime they say that my query has been escelated and that the relevant department will contact me within 24 hours. No one has contacted me. Don’t buy from HifiCorp online. Their process is not user friendly and query process clearly does not work. They have not sent me any updates on my order either.

This is a scam
This is a scam. They worked with Deposcit containers. First lets you buy a container then you have to oay insurance for the delivery. The container is never delivered and they don’t refund you.
