Short delivery of product supp****

Total Gaz Lp Gas receiver
This morning, I stopped at Total Weltevreden Park to refuel and purchase LP gas and was supp**** a 9 kg refilled bottle whish looks like its been thrown off the back of a truck more than once. As I am sure Total is aware, this a pressure receiver filled with highly flammable gas. I have worked with pressure receivers for 13 years and this gas bottle most certainly no longer passes any health and safety regulation governing LP gas receivers. How is a gas bottle in this condition still in circulation????? I have photos indicating the condition of the gas bottle. I believe it should have been s****ped a long time ago.
