I ordered Pizza from Debonairs pizza BP Oasis at 12.19pm and only for me to receive it at 2.30pm, cold as dogs nose. When I called the establishment I was told they left a looong time ago, when I asked the driver upon delivery he gave me a response saying "he misplaced his scooter key" this is totally unacceptable
I have been using their Wi-Fi it's been more than 2 years now, their service has not been up to standard it's bad lately, I have been without internet for a week now I have logged calls and always told they will send technicians through but nothing happens, even today I was told they are sending a technician team through but nothing.
They are by far them most uncaring company when it comes to customer care. I had an accident last year 09 August 2024,and my car was written off. To which my insurance settled in October and there was a credit shortfall on that settlement, I have been making calls sending emails trying to get it resolved and make an arrangement in settling the shortfall until now that has not been resolved instead every month I'm being debited full car installments.
A friend of mine bought a Bed from them in Umtata few months down the line it faulty which he then went back to the shop and they replaced the mattress but with that 2nd mattress also was faulty too few mo ths later. Now they are refusing to replace it nor do a refund based on the fact that mattress has stains of which he then told them he will clean it up but they are refusing
It's been great being insured with them but with current financial issues had to settle for an insurer who is R1000 cheaper than them
