USELESS SERVICE

We asked Electrocom towards the end of 2021 to install Internet on our farm. We made the payment in Novemeber 2021. WE STILL DO NOT HAVE INTERNET!!! 8 MONTHS LATER At least 9 times we have been told the technician is 'on their way to you now ' and he has not arrived.... with no call or message to say why. We have now asked them to please rather refund us and come take the hardware they have managed to install as they clearly can't get the job done- they seem to be ignoring this request. We have not once been able to talk to the owner about any of this, and get half hearted and empty apologies.... with zero changes made. Don't wait your time using this compony
