Worst Service Ever
Worst company ever. Alot of people i know have cancelled their contracts allready including me. My partner is with them. Last week Friday her internet went down. She tried her best to ctc them but they just ignored her. Monday they all of a sudden asked whats the problem. The entire weekend without internet. They come out after they told her their router has lost all its settings. Offcause she is charged a call out fee. The 2nd time in 2 months. They fix it. She has network for a week. This Friday the same thing. And offcause over the weekend their clients gets ignored. So again no network the entire weekend. Loss of income if she works online? They are truly useless. I dont even know why their doors arent shut yet. Offcause they will charge another call out fee. We will cancel this rather. Wouldnt recomend them even if they pay me.

USELESS SERVICE
We asked Electrocom towards the end of 2021 to install Internet on our farm. We made the payment in Novemeber 2021. WE STILL DO NOT HAVE INTERNET!!! 8 MONTHS LATER At least 9 times we have been told the technician is 'on their way to you now ' and he has not arrived.... with no call or message to say why. We have now asked them to please rather refund us and come take the hardware they have managed to install as they clearly can't get the job done- they seem to be ignoring this request. We have not once been able to talk to the owner about any of this, and get half hearted and empty apologies.... with zero changes made. Don't wait your time using this compony

Worst ISP provider
The worst Sevice Provider I have ever come across. Don't ever use their services. Useless. I complained for the full 2 years of the contract which ends this month with no resolution. Our household uses mobile data more than the internet service they were supposed to provide. No words, seriously.

Worst ISP provider
The worst Sevice Provider I have ever come across. Don't ever use their services. Useless. I complained for the full 2 years of the contract which ends this month with no resolution. Our household uses mobile data more than the internet service they were supposed to provide. No words, seriously.

Electrocom Wartburg. Terrible, my second ISP, by far the worst. After numerous complaints I've been ignored, still kicking myself for signing a two year contract with them. This is not a contract, a contract is two sided. Don't be fooled by promises....

Giving Electrocom a 1 star rating is being to kind. The company in question Electocom In Wartburg KZN, SA is owned by Roland Meister. The Service from this company is shocking to say the least. I posted a negative review and Mr. Meister went into my account and has personally blocked me from downloading from torrent sites. I have a contract for uncapped internet connections. He's a very vindictive and unprofessional owner. Anyone thinking about using this company please make sure you do due diligence.
