Dont trust Samsung. I have lost all respect for a company i supported to such an extent i dont even want to own a samsung phone anymore. I bought a wireless charger from them. It didnt work. I took it to a Samsung Care centre and they confirmed its faulty. I logged an email with a refund request. They phoned me and confirmed and asked me to email them the pics of the product. Which i did. Yola was dealing with my issue. The only time i heard from her was that phonecall. I received the unit on the 11 Feb. Emailed them on the 12 Feb. Till date i havent heard from them at all unless i email them and its always we will forward your email. Still now No refund and product still at my home. Im Done .
I am always sceptic when using a new online company. I have purchased a phone from them. They were very communicative. Not once did i start stressing esp after parting with lots of money. They were very fast and extremely effiecient. 2 days after the deal was sealed i had my phone. Keep up this good service. Thank You
Ive come to realise there is no more service in todays life. I made the biggest mistake to order wifi with a router for R800 a month. I havent even received the router and allready worst service than Cell C. They ignore emails, they dont care even reading them. Their courier company is even worse. 6 phone calls and on hold for over 20 minutes. Working on a game reserve with hardly any network. They cant grasp the concept of that. Mtn just send you in endless circles with options. Everything but the right option. No luck at all no matter what i try. Its bad when a so called customer allready ask for a refund before they even got the product. This world has become a mess. Nobody cares about their customers anymore.
Worst company ever. Alot of people i know have cancelled their contracts allready including me. My partner is with them. Last week Friday her internet went down. She tried her best to ctc them but they just ignored her. Monday they all of a sudden asked whats the problem. The entire weekend without internet. They come out after they told her their router has lost all its settings. Offcause she is charged a call out fee. The 2nd time in 2 months. They fix it. She has network for a week. This Friday the same thing. And offcause over the weekend their clients gets ignored. So again no network the entire weekend. Loss of income if she works online? They are truly useless. I dont even know why their doors arent shut yet. Offcause they will charge another call out fee. We will cancel this rather. Wouldnt recomend them even if they pay me.
The worse on this planet. And they are a legal firm and compliant? They harass you but when you want to pay they ignore your emails and never phone you. Why? So that the interest can run higher? Ive reported them but the ombudsman is as useless. Didnt even get back to me. I cant believe that this company can still operate legaly.
Ok quite frankly im sick and tired of NO COMMUNICATION. i have 3 outstanding accounts im trying to deal with with their unprpfesional hounds bullying us. And when you try and sort these accounts out the next bully comes in and said the account has been handed over to them without any knowledge or communication from the banks. Now who the hell am i suppose to pay now? Ive asked FNB to tell me who is handling what so i can deal with those directly. Yet i have debit orders going to those companies thats apparently not handling this anymore. NOW WHERE IS MY MONEY ACTUALLY GOING? And nobody seems to wanna help.
I am sick and tired of this harrasment from Nudebt. I have sent them over 15 emails to get more information on what i need to pay together with CellC. They keep on demanding from me but ignoring every single email i sent them . I want their owner or directors phonr number now or email. I will sue them. Enough is enough. If anybody has similar issues lets stand together and take them down. If anybody has their director or owners details lemme know. Im preparing a lawsuit.
