The worst customer service I have ever experienced . I ordered couches on 13 January 2025. According to their website they give 21 working days turn around time. Fast forward 21 working days and no communication about the couches. On the 12th February I enquire about the couches only to be told it will be ready on 14th March 2025 do to manufacturing issues that affected multiple clients. The consultant Masesi keeps regurgitating sales talk about providing transparency and quality products everytime I try to get to the bottom on when they figured out the issue and advise them to expedite my order. They clearly aren't transparent as they are unable to tell me when they picked up the issue, apparently it was early but I was only notified after the Eta which has been extended for more than a further 21 working days. It makes no sense! You've taken my money and now your Manage Des isn't even replying to my emails. My order either needs yo be expedited or I want my money back. I sung your praises too soon based on your reviews, I will definitely be telling people not to buy from you. You take the money and provide excuses for delayed orders and have extremely poor communication .
Extremely poor customer service. My order has been delayed by over a month and I only get told when I enquire about it thr day after thr ETA. The consultant Masesi advises that she's within the ETA and it's only a few days late. Original Eta 12 February 2025 and new Eta 14 March 2025. How is thar a few days. She states they picked up the issue early but it's raking a whole month to remanufacture, makes absolutely no sense. Then she keeps repeating sales jargon about transparency and good quality products. I can't speak for the product because I still haven't received it. As for transparency , that's a complete lie, I'm still waiting for feedback on email about the delay and for them to expedite my order. I escalated to the manager Des, which is even worse. She doesn't even respond with acknowledgement. I have never experienced such poor customer service. You took R8.5k from me and I have no couches.
Extremely poor customer service. My claim for a co-payment for antenatal consultation was rejected by Kaelo. Co payments are part of the comprehensive gap cover plan therfore I don't understand why it has been rejected. I've emailed numerous times with no response. Not even a confirmation that someone is attending to my query. It's been over 3 weeks and now going for another scan where I'm sure il experience the same issues with claiming for the co-payment. Extremely disappointed! I've raised this with my employer as well so they are aware Kaelo is giving is poor service!
