I Purchased a 2L of Pepsi on the 14th of Feb 2023. After drinking some i realised something was very wrong with the taste. i sent a complaint. they rep**** and even phoned me to ask about the nature of the problem and offered a voucher for 2X 2L pepsi's. they also mentioned that i should keep the sample for collection to investigate. i expressed my concerns as to what the drink contained and have not heard from them since. i resent the whole string of emails and expressed my frustrations. still no word.
You should be ashamed. After writing a review last week i received a call from an agent who tried helping but i was not at home. i advised him that i will only be available at 19:00. he told me he will make a note of this and someone will contact me at that specific time. this never happend. after i told him i've had it with the empty promises from Home-Disconnect! he also told me the line upgrade to 200-200mbps could not be done because my router does not allow that. But the box clearly states up to 300mbps. i have booked tickets, i have complained, i have placed comments on facebook and i was blocked. i've had it. I will shame you into the mud.
By far the worst ISP i have ever come across. the internet line is constantly poor, nowhere near what you pay for. then they promise line upgrades that never happen and when you complain they dont even phone you back.
