i have sent numerous mails to them with no response, Complain was about the change of flavour from original to citrus in the same colour can. Super C flavours have different colours of cans however the citrus and original have the same i see now there is no more original available only citrus which tastes horrible and in my opinion was the reason same was put in the same colour can as the original so they can get sold. I even bought 4 packs where the outer plastic states original but when you remove same the cans state citrus this is false and deceiving marketing to sell their product

On the 13/09/2025 I lodged a complaint with Michaella in Durban. The requested me to submit pictures on the product on whatsapp which I did. I was a four pack of Super C Original Flavored drinks. I was asked to submit the various codes on the bottom of the cans. I was finally informed that a courier company would be collecting the items. Towards the end of September a courier company collecting the empty tin plus 3 full tins. On the 29/11/2025 I queried as to feed back. On the 30/09/2025 I was asked to confirm the receipt of a coupon. I responded that I had not received anything. On the 15/10/2025 I again queried progress in this matter. I was informed the the lady from the coupon bureau that she had sent it through. I then requested to what address/cell had it been sent to. Once again no response. I have tried contacting Michaella on a few occasions leaving messages which she never returns. It is now the 05/11/2025 I have had still not received a coupon or further response from the company. I have even tried to contact the local representative through the outlet where I purchased the item also without success.

ZERO Stars for their customer service (Micaela). We've had back and forth emails since 23 Dec 2024 and my SUPER FLAT GASSLESS PEPSI has not yet been replaced. She's *********** and lazy as she can't even follow up on why my coupons haven't been forwarded to me. I have to continuously beg her to take action, as if I'm at fault!!

I seriously didn't wanted to do this but for how long should I've been keeping my calm since 18 January 24.. On the 17th of Jan I purchased a Jive Cocopina, with the hot days you can imagine my craving, and OMG people that cold drink taste awful, asking around and most people complain about it , that's when I contact Jive kept the cold drink, and still have for testing, a lady called Michaela called me so say she will send a rep or courier to collect it, today still no-one came, she always email me saying something about a voucher I guess that was just to shut me up, because now the voucher is not coming and so is the rep, I'm just being ignored, I think Michaela blocked me People I still have that cold drink... And I'm really curious what the hell that was, I just Love Jive,but something is really fishy at that company there standards really went from good to very bad, it beyond pathetic.

On Friday 27 October i purchased a 2lt Jive from Pick and Pay. After pouring a glass of it I noticed the bottle was dirty on the inside. I contacted their customer care and explained what happened. I was contacted by somebody ( will withold the name as the person is rather ***********) and asked for more info about product. I gave all info. It is now more than a week later and the latest response was an insinuating question " was the bottle dirty like this when taken from the shop" What utter pathetic customer service to ask a stupid question like that instead of sorting out the problem.

I Purchased a 2L of Pepsi on the 14th of Feb 2023. After drinking some i realised something was very wrong with the taste. i sent a complaint. they rep**** and even phoned me to ask about the nature of the problem and offered a voucher for 2X 2L pepsi's. they also mentioned that i should keep the sample for collection to investigate. i expressed my concerns as to what the drink contained and have not heard from them since. i resent the whole string of emails and expressed my frustrations. still no word.
