Rain has became the most disappointing network service at this moment Being a happy customer for 9years I started experiencing bad network service in Nov 2024 and decided to upgrade to Rain pro 101 in feb 2025 the service was terrible and a waste of time and money had no network for that month and decided to cancel for some reason Rain is still billing…. With non stop calling them no one can assist me And refuse to call back I’m so disappointed in them because I was supposed to asked for a refund due to bad network since Nov2024… but now they billing me… this is so unfair and wrong Unacceptable and how many people is going through this pure ****mers

I seriously didn't wanted to do this but for how long should I've been keeping my calm since 18 January 24.. On the 17th of Jan I purchased a Jive Cocopina, with the hot days you can imagine my craving, and OMG people that cold drink taste awful, asking around and most people complain about it , that's when I contact Jive kept the cold drink, and still have for testing, a lady called Michaela called me so say she will send a rep or courier to collect it, today still no-one came, she always email me saying something about a voucher I guess that was just to shut me up, because now the voucher is not coming and so is the rep, I'm just being ignored, I think Michaela blocked me People I still have that cold drink... And I'm really curious what the hell that was, I just Love Jive,but something is really fishy at that company there standards really went from good to very bad, it beyond pathetic.
Stay away from Dail direct 2 months and still busy to settle a claim, when you think it's about to get somewhere, when you get an email to let you know claim surplus will reflect in your account 2-3 days... and bom 3days become 10 days an consultant is missing in action, so now you can't speak to anyone else because Hayley is handling the claim And Hayley ignore the whole situation, If these people would just know in what kind of stress they putting people in, because of bad service, is disgusting.... im so done with Dail direct,.. it's one thing to the other
last night was by far next level of dissipointing service, 16:00 i order KFC Eureka (Avonwood) im well aware they don’t delivery in my area but ok i give it a try, 17:00 driver is still on his way, so i check where is he, the courier stand on one place and on top he is not answering his phone, i mean why did you just said you not delivering in my area what a waist of time and on top you deducted the money out of my account...eventually got through to help service, and the driver called me just be rude telling me im must come get my order he is standing miles up the road im like really then why wouldn't i be using your service in the first place if i should walk in the rain, and he hangup the phone... so i desided to order at hungry lion parow I'ved order many times by them and they always deliver.. order when through now im wait for delivery, OMG app in decades my order has been delivered, by i have received it,,,, my family had to eat noodles for supper which we don't have a problem with, i just never learn my lesson with Bolt food, im so tired of giving them second chances.. This app really made live easier but now im more stressed out, 3 hours of time waisting and *****ing people's money this is really day light robbing on another level... now i must send emails back and forth with no response to my refund... bolt you just lost a old customer Please improve your service
i just put Dail Direct to the test, Daildirect wrote off my car, and in the mean time give me a call to take out a policy, keep in mind i don't have a car at this point, i just lost my car, so i reply no for a policy , and guess what i receive a call afterwards my car be repaired, Do you really think i will do business with you if this is the kind of service a person gets. that car was writing off for a reason, but now it will be repaired on a cheap way, and can assure it won't last.... My 5 star insurance company just went to 0 i thought with this good service i will definitely make use of the service again, Dail direct you just lost a customer of 3year, Don't fail your customers like this, improve your service in order not to lose loyal customers, By fare i thought this is the best insurance company, im dissipointed
