On Friday 27 October i purchased a 2lt Jive from Pick and Pay. After pouring a glass of it I noticed the bottle was dirty on the inside.
I contacted their customer care and explained what happened. I was contacted by somebody ( will withold the name as the person is rather ***********) and asked for more info about product. I gave all info. It is now more than a week later and the latest response was an insinuating question " was the bottle dirty like this when taken from the shop"
What utter pathetic customer service to ask a stupid question like that instead of sorting out the problem.
