On the 13/09/2025 I lodged a complaint with Michaella in Durban. The requested me to submit pictures on the product on whatsapp which I did. I was a four pack of Super C Original Flavored drinks. I was asked to submit the various codes on the bottom of the cans. I was finally informed that a courier company would be collecting the items. Towards the end of September a courier company collecting the empty tin plus 3 full tins. On the 29/11/2025 I queried as to feed back. On the 30/09/2025 I was asked to confirm the receipt of a coupon. I responded that I had not received anything. On the 15/10/2025 I again queried progress in this matter. I was informed the the lady from the coupon bureau that she had sent it through. I then requested to what address/cell had it been sent to. Once again no response. I have tried contacting Michaella on a few occasions leaving messages which she never returns. It is now the 05/11/2025 I have had still not received a coupon or further response from the company. I have even tried to contact the local representative through the outlet where I purchased the item also without success.
Worst courier in South Africa. Parcel posted on 5/6/2020. Parcel collected on the 5/6/2020 at 17h25 by Amarex SA. Parcel arrived in Cape Town depot on 7/6/2020 at 14h53. SMS wast sent for collection on Monday the 8th . On arrival no parcel available. Went back on the Friday still no parcel. Excuse given was that the parcel was still in Port Elizabeth. Despite numerous telephone calls and denial of receipt by Aramex Cape Town I traced the parcel to the Aramex Cape Town Depot. For a period of almost an hour yesterday the 18th no-one at Cape Town would answer the phone. After finally getting through to PE it was acknowledged that the parcel was in Cape Town but could still not be found. The excuses were totally unacceptable. I have still had no response now two weeks later. Aramex just refuses to return calls or put you through to management. Their advertising logo "Your parcel has never been in safer hands" is absolutely false advertising.
Thanks Jaen for your your prompt service
One of the worst insurance companies in South Africa. I submitted a claim in June 2018 regarding a motor vehicle accident. A rather simple claim. The other party pulled out of a parking bay and collided with the left side of my car. After numerous calls and emails to various people at Alexander Forbes including management I was informed in January 2019 that my claim had been handed over to their attorneys for collection. I have followed up on numerous occasions both with emails and telephone calls. Staff and management just fail to reply to the emails. IF you are lucky to get call hold of someone in the legal department or any other department the excuse is that they need to follow up with the lawyers and will get back to you within 24 hours. You never hear from them again. I have lodged a formal complaint (via email) with Alexander Forbes on the 8th May 2019. They responded that the matter would be finalised within 5 days. Now 5 months later I have still not heard from them. I have even lodged a telephonic complaint with the Port Elizabeth office. Spoke to area managers secretary and told her what my problem was. Once again still waiting for feedback. What do I have to do to get attention and my excess back
