On 4th November, we paid KZN Solar Tech (Rendel) a deposit of just over R30,000. Unfortunately, our experience since then has been extremely disappointing. The job has been repeatedly postponed, and despite numerous follow-ups, we have not received any clear or positive communication regarding when the work will be completed. The ongoing delays and lack of meaningful feedback have caused significant frustration. He has been promising to pay us back, but it’s been 3 weeks, and still no news. At this point, we regret using KZN Solar Tech and would not recommend them based on our experience.
Despite endless calls and emails to TERS for the past 2 years, my employees have still not received any aid or answers. The consultants keep telling us that the matter has been escalated, but when will it be RESOLVED?! This is seriously not the type of service I expect.
A complaint was logged on Thursday the 7th of July, regarding our switchboard and phone lines being down. Vodacom has informed us that this was due to a fiber issue. 5 days later our systems are still down and the problem is not resolved, and our business stands still.
