Good day, I bought a Univa stove last year at Game store. The stove cracked while cooking, I have reported this to game and they have assisted me. The game customer care told me that they have escalated the matter to Univa and they will send someone to attend the matter, this was 2 weeks ago till today I have not received and communication. Please assist
