I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service from Mancosa. I have been waiting for three weeks for a response from the assessments team regarding a simple email. After mentioning that I was aware of the inconsistencies with the marking and the external examiners they had hired, the representative hung up on me, citing “bad network” — but not before slipping up and expressing shock that I had found out. When I asked why I hadn’t been informed about the procedures for writing my paper, I was told, “That’s the student’s job.” So, I paid over 37k for them to neglect basic communication with me as a distance student? I am absolutely disgusted by their behavior and lack of response.
Although the service was good the food on the other hand was such a disappointment! Been here and tried a couple of things to give the benefit of the doubt but it needs salt and flavor on everything ! From the milkshakes to the steaks.Looks without taste !
