DSTV / SHOWMAX LINK (AND SERVICE) NON EXISTENT FOR PREMIUM CLIENTS
Have DSTV Premium for many years. Had access to Showmax for many years, then suddenly didnt have access to Showmax via DSTV. Took 3 months, endless calls to DSTV long CHAT BOT converstaions with Showmax before the activation link was the right one and the Showmax package was accessible. Had to chagne my Showmax account to make it happen, but it worked. FOR 3 MONTHS!!!! For the past 3 months or so NO SHOWMAX AGAIN. Yes, multiple endless calls with DSTV - rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat - over and over again with same unsuccessful result - many cell minutes / much time. Showmax pathetic CHAT BOT Agent that just times out in the middle of the enquiry. You woild think they would call you back after spending 45 minutes with them and the chat times out due to them "investigating". WHAT MORE MUST I DO? I have asked to speak to senior technician at DSTV- not an option. Ive tried to write an email or complaint to Showmax - there EMAIL US on showmax.co.za does not work - you cannot submit the email. I have screenshots and a transcript illustrating the above. DSTV called me to give me a reduced payment for the next 2 years - must be because their clients are unsubscribing in droves. Go figure.

Best Auto Body Repair Experience Ever
I am incredibly impressed with the level of service I have received from Eldon Auto Body. Each phone call to the company was professionally handled. I was kept informed regularly. Each person I spoke to was informed, friendly and efficient. The attitude of EVERYONE I dealt with was excellent - a rare achievement. Most importantly, every undertaking the staff made was kept. There were no delays, no excuses and every commitment that was made, was kept. Having dealt with many auto body shops in my life, my experience with Eldan Auto Body has been refreshingly unique. Well done!

I trust StudentCo Pet Sitters with my pets and in my home
I have made use of this service for the past 3 years. I use the service at least 3 - 4 times a year. Each and every time, and with each and every sitter, I have had exceptional service. There are 2 sitters that I request, but if they are not available, I get another sitter that is just as trustworthy. The system and the administrative process is excellent and informative. I highly recommend this service to anyone.
