I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and regret regarding my experience with purchasing a second-hand car from your dealership in September 2023. My experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and filled with poor communication, leaving me with unnecessary financial burdens and unresolved issues. In January 2024, I finally received the car’s disc after driving on a permit for several months. However, when I went to the Post Office on December 31, 2024, I was told that the car was listed as “not roadworthy” in their system. This was a shocking revelation as I had been using the car with a disc, which should not have been issued if the car was not roadworthy. I immediately reached out to Vuyo, who had handled the disc process for me, and he was equally surprised, claiming that he had completed all necessary steps and obtained a roadworthy certificate, but he failed to provide any documentation to support this. Communication with Vuyo was difficult. He often ignored my messages, and the only way to get through to him was through the reception desk. I escalated the matter by emailing his manager, Brian, but it took weeks to receive a response, and when I finally did, it was dismissive. Brian’s only response was that Vuyo had completed all necessary steps and that no further action would be taken from his end, leaving me with no clear path forward. Unfortunately, I was unable to take the car for inspection myself due to an accident on December 21, 2024, which resulted in the car being damaged. After repairs, I informed Vuyo in May 2025 that the car was fixed and ready for inspection. He promised to take the car to Dekra, but again, his promises were empty, and the car was never taken for inspection. Vuyo then informed me that his manager refused to sign his aftersales slip, stating that he was not the manager at the time of purchase and that his former manager, Eric, was the one responsible. Despite this, Vuyo said he would pay out of pocket for the inspection and requested a quote from Dekra. I provided him with my bank details, but once again, he ignored me. When I managed to get through to him on another number, he told me to speak to his new manager, Clive. This entire ordeal has been exhausting. The constant chasing of Vuyo, the lack of accountability, and the endless promises with no follow-through have left me drained. Not only have I had to spend countless hours and airtime dealing with an issue that was not my fault, but I am now being forced to cover the costs of the Dekra inspection and a new disc, as well as penalties that have accumulated due to the dealership's failure to resolve this matter in a timely manner. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer care I have received. This experience has left me feeling misled and frustrated, and I would like to request immediate action to resolve this matter. I expect a full explanation and a clear plan of action to resolve the issues surrounding the roadworthy certificate and any associated costs that I should not be liable for.
I bought the dark spot correcting serum 15ml at dischem. I used it for 4 days and the it was no longer coming out from the spray nozzle. I opened the cap only to find that it's almost empty. A shock of my life. I want my money back. This is a scam.
