I would like to lodge a complaint about how betway South Africa is cheating the people, we bought a voucher and played and we won R5200 and we were struggling to withdraw the money and were communicating with them the whole time, and they kept making us stupid all the time, now they call us to say their system had a glitch and we didn't really win that money, mind you it's the same night that someone else won R2 000 000.00 are they also going to take his money, mind you the same night we won on lottostar and Hollywood bets and they gave us our money because the error was on their side not ours betway South Africa is defrauding people

They scam clients
I am very disappointed in the day light robbery that Vox telecom is busy with, when they sell you their product they sell you dreams but when in reality they scam you, one of their agents sold us their product he told us like capricom if we were to move house installation would be free and we would not pay extra for anything and when we called their call center at the end of June informing them that we were moving house they said no problem just cancel the old line and we will come and install a new line for you but we learned the hard way that they scammed us because we Got a invoice for R1008 for the cancelation that was never told to us, a invoice for R699 for the old line plus R699 for the new invoice which was not even 1 week than they cut our line saying our account is in arrears which I feel is daylight robbery because had they told us about their hidden costs we would've canceled their services completely because we on a month to month contract with them they are crooks and we taking the matter further Vox telecom is evil
