I owe a balance of R638 you deducted a R9800 from my account and I have rent to pay and food to buy and I am getting no joy from you to assist me I went to the bank today and they couldn't reverse the money. you people have mismanaged my money I have also found out that you have never made payment to one of my account and I still owe them almost R60 000 how does this work you are here to assist us but you are creating more problems.
Debtors were paid short & No distribution statement Debtors are starting to harass me at work, I receive smses from Debtors saying there were short payments on accounts, I email the agent overseeing my account Sharon Dlamini, I don't get a response, I contact her, she claim there was a glitch in their system and will get back to me, Sharon Dlamini does not get back to me, 1 week pass I send another to no avail. I phone 031 942 0031, incompetent receptionist who forget to put my call on hold, Shouted for Sharon, saying I was on the phone and then asked what she should tell me why Sharon could not take my call @15:07, (I heard the discussion where they debated about telling me whether she is on lunch or stepped out) Just for her to get back to me and tell me Sharon Dlamini left for the day. Then said she will "try" to put me through to processing and proceed to end my call. If I lay a formal complaint to the NCR, as this is not the 1st mismanagement of my account will I be able to move to a different company to assist me with my debt review.
