I’m adding my voice to the many disappointing experiences reported under the Kelston umbrella. The lack of respect, poor service, and complete absence of accountability are shocking. Calls are never returned, and I waited an entire week just to receive a quote. Then, the day before my booking, I was informed that my service had suddenly changed from a 120 000 km to a 160 000 km service. I arrived right when they opened to ensure my car would be attended to early, as I needed to drive 1.5 hours home in time to collect my children from school. After dropping the car at 07:30, I was only told at 11:30 that it would be ready at 13:30. The experience was not only frustrating and infuriating, it is was embarrassing. I would strongly advise others to stay away.
The customer service is extremely disappointing. It seems that because they are the only group authorized to service Peugeots, they feel they can treat customers with disrespect. I may not have a choice about where I service my car, but I will be leaving reviews to warn others about the poor service. I’ve been waiting a week just to find out the cost of my service. Everyone promises to call back, but no one does. Interactions feel like I’m being a nuisance, rather than a valued customer. I sincerely hope to switch to a different service provider soon to avoid this kind of treatment.
<p>The Shutter Company. What a very expensive joke! We ordered our shutter in October 2015. Rodney Lambert assured us the product was of the highest quality. It is now July 2016 and I am still waiting for my shutters to be fixed. They look like second hand shutters. I have locks that don't work and the 6 year guarantee isn't worth the paper it is written on. I keep getting messed around and my messages and calls are continually ignored. STAY AWAY!!! </p>
