I recently bought a Omoda C5 HEV from Kelston Omoda in Port Elizabeth. I received amazing service from Fabian Rademeyer who really kept me updated during the whole process. The F+I also went out of their way to get me the best deal on finance. Carina was also amazing in this regard. The vehicle although still brand new seems to be a great buy and really impressive.

I took my Jeep for a normal service at Kelston Motors in Gqeberha in June 2025. This is where everything started with this Dealership, which is part of Stellantis. They messed up my car, it now constantly showing an engine light icon on the dashboard

Never will I trust or recommend the people from Hyundai Port Elizabeth (Kelston Group). They did a 30 000km service where crucial items were overlooked and not done. The trust I have in the group is thus nonexistent and I will not have my vehicle ever serviced by them ever again. Due to the lack of trust in this dealership, I will have to find an actual reputable, trustworthy Hyundai dealership. Vehicle was serviced in 20min and all the tick boxes ticked (90 minutes charged), yet the handbrake was never adjusted. The wiper blade is worn and no communication in terms of replacement was ever done. No thickness of brake pads stated anywhere so wear and failure point is unknown. Test drive of vehicle consisted of driving vehicle out of the service bay to the customer collection point (at 10km/hr). Invoice very clearly states that the service interval light has been reset on a vehicle that does not have a service interval light. The Service Manager cannot answer half of the questions as her only response was that she is not technical and cannot assist. I am still baffled as to how you become a Service Manager, and you don't know anything about the vehicles that is being serviced by your department. Then I wonder where this service interval light is, as the owner's manual does not indicate that the vehicle has such a light, yet it was reset, as per the invoice.

I’m adding my voice to the many disappointing experiences reported under the Kelston umbrella. The lack of respect, poor service, and complete absence of accountability are shocking. Calls are never returned, and I waited an entire week just to receive a quote. Then, the day before my booking, I was informed that my service had suddenly changed from a 120 000 km to a 160 000 km service. I arrived right when they opened to ensure my car would be attended to early, as I needed to drive 1.5 hours home in time to collect my children from school. After dropping the car at 07:30, I was only told at 11:30 that it would be ready at 13:30. The experience was not only frustrating and infuriating, it is was embarrassing. I would strongly advise others to stay away.

The customer service is extremely disappointing. It seems that because they are the only group authorized to service Peugeots, they feel they can treat customers with disrespect. I may not have a choice about where I service my car, but I will be leaving reviews to warn others about the poor service. I’ve been waiting a week just to find out the cost of my service. Everyone promises to call back, but no one does. Interactions feel like I’m being a nuisance, rather than a valued customer. I sincerely hope to switch to a different service provider soon to avoid this kind of treatment.

I took my car in on Monday to Ford Cradock asking them to check why my car does not start. Nothing was wrong with the car no noises no shaking no nothing just does not want to start on its own. They told me what was wrong and that I have to pay before they order the spare. I paid the R2400 and was told the part will be here Wednesday. I told them I have to take my children to university on Thursday, and the assured me Wednesday I will have my car. When I got there Wednesday morning no one knew about the spare and no one ordered it. They assured me they will get the spares somewhere and I will have my car Wednesday afternoon. Then afternoon they said the spare they ordered was not the problem and they have to look for another problem so I will get the car Thursday. So here we are today now they say they don't have the spares now and the car will not be finished today and they don't have a loan car that I can use. So I told them to close my car I will drive it like that seeing that it just does not want to start on its own so I will push the car and drive it like that. When I left the car is shaking it sounds like the engine wants to fall out and making noises and the engine light is burning now. So here I am. I can't take my children to university on time, I can't drive my own car anymore because now it's falling appart. My wife is loosing her income because she deliveries her orders with the car, and Ford is saying they are sorry the manager told me he did speek to the employers because they did not order the spares in time but that still does not solve my problem and the manager just says oh sorry

I recently serviced (yesterday) at Kelston Motor Group in Gqeberha. Due to delays in authorisation the vehicle had to be left overnight to be completed today, I was suprised to find out that my service advisor didn't mention anything about my vehicle being finished after an entire stressful day yesterday of them not finding me in their service even though confirmation emails were sent as well as text messages. This is the second time I've serviced in this branch and each time its a complete nightmare, not only do they lack in customer services but it seems they only cater well for certain people. I am disappointed with such a service from a big company as this.
