I've been using Neovision for years and I'm disappointed to state that I haven't been happy with Neovision Moreleta Corner branch. I've been attempting to make a booking for an eye test and new set of glasses, I communicated to them and they promised to get back to me with time slots available to make a bookong once they have confirmed my benefits with the medical aid and communicated with the optometrist. It's been a while, since I've heard from them, the benefits were confirmed to them by the medical aid and I called Neovision directly to confirm if the details have been received. They mentioned the details have been received however they have an additional charge of R70 for my medical to send the benefits for the entire thing. I flagged this to the medical aid and they are not aware of ny additional charge to send any documentation to them. To date there hasn't been any update on the request for an appointment nor any information or atleast a holding WhatsApp message whilst I wait. I'm disappointed in all of this as the service isn't even free. The lady who took my call who mentioned to be a branch manager lacked in customer service skills as she was arrogant and rude on our call.
I recently bought 2 pizza's special at Panarottis earlier this week. The customer service was great however the pizza had a burnt crust and it had charcoal in it which was hidden underneath the pizza. I've always enjoyed panarottis over the years and I'm suprised now to see such in their pizza. Please also kindly train the staff to give serviettes and condiments without customers having to ask for those.
I recently serviced (yesterday) at Kelston Motor Group in Gqeberha. Due to delays in authorisation the vehicle had to be left overnight to be completed today, I was suprised to find out that my service advisor didn't mention anything about my vehicle being finished after an entire stressful day yesterday of them not finding me in their service even though confirmation emails were sent as well as text messages. This is the second time I've serviced in this branch and each time its a complete nightmare, not only do they lack in customer services but it seems they only cater well for certain people. I am disappointed with such a service from a big company as this.
Car track double debited my account on the 31st of October. They informed me that it usually takes 7 to 14 business to refund. There was alot of back and forth until a beautiful lady from the credit controller department know as Annita Guga, chipped in and provided professional customer service skills. Today I received my refund after a few days of working with her, she has been responding and keeping me informed regarding the whole process and she has managed to explain to me everything which I needed an explanation for. I wish more representatives from Cartrack can learn more from Annita's skills. I'm grateful my call landed with her after multiple agents and managers.
Car Track have double debit my account. I didn't notice this until tje 31st of October and I then immediately escalated it and sent a query to the accounts department to investigate why did this mistake occur. To date I have not received any feedback from Ndumiso Ncube who promised to contact me back. I'm disappointed on this and want my refund back.
I'm highly disappointed with the service provided at KFC Cape Road in Gqeberha. We used the self service option by the main door, the pay point wasn't working and the cashier who came by to assist known as Busisiwe Mdlala was arrogant and never showed any empathy when the machine wasn't accepting our payment. This is not the service we expect from such a know restaurant.
I ordered from Canvas and More on the 2nd of August. The website stated that they're closed for collections at the branch from the 1st until the 4th of August. I called them on the 4th just to follow up on things and to check on the progress of my order. I was told the pictures have been printed and I should wait for 3 - 5 days for the production team to complete the process. I was also informed that updates will be sent out via email. To date there has been no updates I called them today and was told that now production is stating it takes 7 days and not 3 - 5 days. This was not mentioned in any emails or the online platform instead I was only told when I called. I'm disappointed in this service as this is not how they usually operate, last time I ordered there were no issues and my order came out quicker.
Yesterday I contacted FFW, to enquire about one of the benefits as a member. I got through to a gentleman known as Makabane, who was patient and explained to me that he doesn't know anything about the service I'd like. He spoke to his manager who also knew nothing about this. Eventually they were able to confirm the department I was looking for and one of the customer services reps promised me a call back yesterday before end of business. I'm disappointed in the service as this is not the service I expected from such a well developed company. To date I haven't received any call back from anyone and I'm annoyed that my details are on the system and I pay my monthly premiums on time but I have to yet complain again before I get assistance. Its been a hustle with FFW over the years.
I recently ordered a few custom canvas prints from Canvas and More. It was a 3 peace special which I wanted to test if the quality is good and the company itself was legit. I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience. I ordered mid week and following day I was informed my order is ready for pick up. Canvas and More still continues to exceed our expectations
I was admitted at Netcare Greenacres last year in Dec. The consultation was handled by ER Consulting and it has been a nightmare having to deal with them. My Medical Aid made a payment to them as per their claim statement but its been 3 months where I waited for confirmation or statement which illustrates that the payment has been made. Instead they have handed my ID and details over to debt collectors which contact me on a daily basis and harass me with regards to payment which was paid months ago. They never respond to emails and their contact number either doesn't go through when you call or once you reach them it disconnects. This is merely unprofessional of them for such a big company and I am no happy at all.
