I would like to write a review about dotsure.co.za The service and explanations of the policy I received from D'Angelo Whyte was exceptional. I signed for the basic cover for my 3 year old dachshund ZIVA and am comfortable with what is covered and what I am paying for. Thanx to D'Angelo and Dotsure.1 reply

Excellent afterwards service
Excellent aftersale service. We had a problem with a Sealy bedset we bought from Lewis Stores. After one complaint Sealy called back and sorted our problem by agreeing to exchange without any issues.1 reply

Stay away from Genesis Extreme machines.
Buying a Genesis Extreme is the biggest waste of a lt of money. Bought one and after about 12 hours of using carpet cleaner the machine motor burnt out. Took it back and after a lot of challenges got the machine back with a "new" motor. Used it for 12 hours and machine blew up again!.3 replies
