Importing issues
After 4 years of great service from Ready Made Store, my store has been making more than R1 Million in Sales, now Ready Made Stores is disappointing me with import issues For more than a month now I'm unable to import stock from Suppliers, no communication, no ETA, when you ask them all you get is they are still testing, the question is for how long will this testing take as our business is getting impacted My store heavily relies on latest expensive products, and now that I can't import new products, this has hit hard on our sales. I was averaging on R100K per month and now all we do is R40K per month, all thanks to RMS importing issues

Ready made stores offline
Ready made stores is fully offline, I can't log a query, they are not responding to emails, no contact number available, their website is also not available. My online store and emails are also not available because of this, I'm receiving bad reviews and order cancelations because their server is down with no communication.
