I must say I'm very disappointed. This site has made me so little money for the amount of money I spent on marketing and the actual site itself. The way the Support system is made is really a problem. For people not understanding how the site must operate is really a issue. I'm really disappointed I lost so much money on meaningless website. and when i question or ask for help they blocked me on emails and social media, this thing doenst not work at all or else you are ready to spend more than 10 000 a month with a return of R2000-4000, this looks like a pyramid **** cause once you pay u are on your own

I bought two stores some years ago and never used them due to issues moving and going overseas for a while I asked Anthony what i could do and they offered me a discount to take another store, I couldn't accept it at the time due to a guy who de*****ed me out of my funds but now when i can afford I get told that I can't get that discount anymore. Very unfair considering the amount i paid for the two original stores.

I recently had the pleasure of working with this company, and I am thoroughly impressed with the outcome. The store was delivered promptly, and while I initially had concerns about certain features, the support team was incredibly responsive and guided me through every step. The site works great and functionality exceeded my expectations, and any minor tweaks to layout etc needed were simple to manage thanks to the clear instructions and guidance provided. The booked training session was informative and well-structured, and the team are professional and polite. We did a test purchase which was fine and allows me to control the final payment. Everything was clearly explained I can refer to the built in support documents if needed. Social accounts were set up as per my order, as expected I have to be somewhat involved for account access security reasons. My experience has been nothing short of excellent, as I would expect. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a professional and reliable e-commerce solution.

The store was delivered untested. The import app doesn't work, the quality of the site is poor and looks unprofessional, no revisions was done I was told to make it look legible myself. The trainer was all over the show, we did a test purchase where she didn't check stock availability after payment was made we only discovered no stock and no tracking. She didn't check for tracking or availability. Also failed to advise how to check availability before client orders are made. She rushed off the phone. They then sell a social media account option then they then ask me to create after I've paid for the service. I don't know if they judge service based on race but my experience vs other reviews is completely day and night. I saw good reviews and purchased but I do regret my decision so far. I would not recommend this.

After 4 years of great service from Ready Made Store, my store has been making more than R1 Million in Sales, now Ready Made Stores is disappointing me with import issues For more than a month now I'm unable to import stock from Suppliers, no communication, no ETA, when you ask them all you get is they are still testing, the question is for how long will this testing take as our business is getting impacted My store heavily relies on latest expensive products, and now that I can't import new products, this has hit hard on our sales. I was averaging on R100K per month and now all we do is R40K per month, all thanks to RMS importing issues
