Ordered a lte router. Courier supposed to deliver yesterday never turned up now say tuesday no way this is terrible why cant you use a more reliable courier/?
Gone thru over two yesrs with then one muck up after another then after it gets to sheriff to attach with no results instead of taking tge last step ro financial investiigatiion which im told is short period where they night recouo costs they close the file not happy.

I dont know how you get away with selling such a load of ******* a friend bought a car he is in East London, it had a dekra report. From day one he has had issues with this car from bad tyres to coolant and finally the head gasket blew. This is not acceptable and is going to be reported to the MIOSA we are also talking to an attorney about this as this is totally unacceptable.
Absolutely hopeless and you cant get hold of anyone on their phone numbers just look at the facebook group mweb bad service and see all the complaints how do they get away with this taking peoples money and then suspending us for non payment when they have been paid and keep our money. Then when you go to a bank to try and get your money back they want proof that you have been communicating with mweb, how can you do that if they dont answer phones or anything????? Mweb should have been shut down a long while ago as they have so many complaints its hard to understand how they still have customers !!!!
I really cannot understand this you keep going round in circles ..... I keep telling you regarding mweb you ask for me to supply communication with please refer to facebook group MWEB BAD SERVICE and see the hundreds of complaints that other people CANNOT get hold of them by phone either on accounts/sales or technical./ I spent R150 rand trying to get hold of them NO RESPONSE ON PHONES NO RESPONSE ON CHAT NOTHING so how am i supposed to get communication out of them? They dont reply to emails either and the number in Cape town has closed down, the whattsup number was for so called sales only but when i contacted them later and asked if this was mweb they said no. So pray tell me fnb how am i supposed to communicate with them???? They suspended my account and i had paid my monthly fees. I think its best the banking ombudsman sorts this out as this is going nowhere,
I have a problem with mweb who are no longer honouring customers best wishes and payments - i am told to get in touch with mweb and send proof to fnb about this, pray tell me how i am supposed to do this if i spent R150 on airtime TRYING to get hold of first accounts (no response) sales (no response) technical (no response) tried again accounts, sales no response. Got a response from tech who said they transfer me to accounts no response again. Tried chat no response half a dozen times - got a response and then was told i owe them for the coming month (May) I paid in on the 26th April my account was suspended for owing them 59 rand they would not admit to recieving the amount i paid on the 25th of April and suspended my account. I never used their service at all in May and i have been asking fnb to refund that as i am now using another service provider. I got one email from fnb asking for details of the transaction which i provided and was asked for proof of correspondence with Mweb which was non existent. JUst look on facebook mweb bad service and see all the hundreds of people who have had same problem. Please sort this out so unfair.
I opened up a dispute with them against mweb as mweb charged me for a month and they suspended my account so i am not paying for a service that I have not received, I have been waiting for feedback from fnb disputes now for nearly a month, was first told it takes up to 14 working days now get told it takes up to 30 working days, no replies to emails at all. I am not paying money for something that I don't receive mweb is doing this to a lot of people and i am a pensioner lady living on a sassa pension. Please sort.
I have dealt with these couriers many times in the past with no problems but yesterday I booked a collection in Johannesburg was given the booking number this morning i asked for the tracking number and saw that it showed only one parcel, i questioned the sender and found he said that they had been there but my parcels had not been collected and that someone elses parcel had been collected and showing it was on its way to me. I then get told by collections that this is my fault and that i must pay extra for this???? How can this be my fault if i am nowhere near the place where they collected and that i am the receiver this is not right I didn't tell them which parcels to collect we have a new collection reference please make sure it is on its way to me today as i have to get someone to collect from big foot in east london as i live far out of town and have to get someone else to pick up for me reference is 608027 Karen
I really do not know what is going on with lot its shocking service or non service. I have been with them for years no problems before but now i was told i was in arrears for R59 and my account was going to be terminated really for R59 rand???? I then paid in on the 23rd of last month then today got a notice on my phone that my service was going to be cut if i didnt pay in. I live far from town so had to walk to the shop 2kms away to get airtime. I bought R100 airtime phoned accounts got no reply and ran out of airtime, I then bought another R50 callled tech department they put me thru to accounts and once again no reply and i ran out of airtime again. Please deduct the R150 from my account as this service is no acceptable failing to do that my account will be closed because this is absolutely terrible service
