Dealing with this company has been such a horrible and disappointing experience. I regret taking in our car here. It's been un unending argument about what the mechanic has promised verses what is delivered. We have dealt with so many unmet expectations and it is such a bitter experience after the copious amount of money and time that we have spent with this company. I would not recommend this vintage car repair company. After almost 2 years dealing with these people my personal recommendation is do not go there.
This is **** not a real vintage car fixing business. They rope clients in by putting on a display in the middle of their workshop and outside of vintage cars. The closer you look amd notice those cars never leave the building. They probably belong to the owners and part of the rouse. The owner sends voice notes and progress updates then later contradicts himself and backtracks or maybe just forgets the lies he has told when it's time for the work to complete. These people need to be stopped. How many people have been duped into this bottomless pit of a ****? Who else has been ****med by this "mechanic"?
4 months later. The order has not arrived. Ive followed up every 2 weeks since I placed the order. *****ulent company. I've asked for a refund. I'm still waiting.
Ticket pro ****ming people. Where are my tickets? I'm emailed and tried your chat bot but to no avail. I paid R1500 on Sunday for 6 rugby tickets for 8 March. Where are they? I haven’t received the email with tickets to download. I've emailed you proof, I've found a chat on your page that no one replies to. Send me the tickets or give me back my money. Why did you shut down your call centre? How exactly do you help your clients if you don't reply to emails, or chat option amd have no call center?
I took my car in for minor scratch repairs and these people try to shake me down for more and more fixes, more and more business. I then agreed for them to paint my seats, I paid and when picking up the car only half the seats where done. Then the car had a whole host of mechanical issues it didn't have when I took it in. The airbags were damaged and the car wasn't drivable. My car is literally *****ed after taking in for minor scratches on the side. This company can't be trusted. When i didnt want to pay for all their other suggestions the messed up my car. Keep your car as far from this business as possible.
10/10 for my private banker Prenisha Naidoo from Ballito Junction. She is wonderful. Thank God I changed to her. I had a so called private banker from NewMarket Nedbank who never made contact and never ever rep**** to any emails. Prenisha is wonderful. Thank you.
I've been trying to verify a bank statement with fnb. The online system says the reference nunber doesn't exist. The call center says it doesn't exists. The wealth division which is apparently where the statement is from refuse to verify the statement. When trying to log a ***** enquiry the ***** department refuses to log it. The call center claims they are transferring me and have dropped the call 4 times. FNB is failing to curb *****. They have a ***** division that won't investigate or curb *****. Their bank statements are being falsified and they refuse to verify or assist with the process of verification. What are the next steps? Why did you have an option of verification that you then cannot attend to or take further action on if the verification is false. I need this report from fnb to take to the police. 5 calls and various emails later FNB has refused to assist.
Poor service from Thabiso. Cost us an extra R5000 due to assuming we can't afford to pay for our package. Really disappointing customer service or lack there of.
The travel agent refused to send me the invoice of a quote I asked for on Friday. They assumed I couldn't afford to pay. I called again today to ask for the invoice. The quote was R5000 higher. I paid for the invoice but told them my complaint about not being sent the invoice on Friday. They called me to tell me to cancel my trip if I'm not happy.
The store was delivered untested. The import app doesn't work, the quality of the site is poor and looks unprofessional, no revisions was done I was told to make it look legible myself. The trainer was all over the show, we did a test purchase where she didn't check stock availability after payment was made we only discovered no stock and no tracking. She didn't check for tracking or availability. Also failed to advise how to check availability before client orders are made. She rushed off the phone. They then sell a social media account option then they then ask me to create after I've paid for the service. I don't know if they judge service based on race but my experience vs other reviews is completely day and night. I saw good reviews and purchased but I do regret my decision so far. I would not recommend this.
