Poor Customer Service

After months and months of trying to get this project concluded, we still do not have anything. Weeks on end pass without hearing a single word and then a meeting request is sent to finalize the project, only to have Donald not show up. We have tried and tried, but it seems that Donald is not truly interested in meeting the clients needs. The experience with Donald and DL Business Solutions has been nothing but a nightmare. Our final resort is to take the necessary legal step to get this sorted once and for all. I would not recommend Donald or DL Business Solutions for any website or app development services.
