My insurance claim was authorized on the 23rd of May. I waited for a week and a half for my parts and was told to bring my vehicle in on the 01st of June. On arrival at Faber Coach Works the morning of (and having to take a days leave) they told me not all parts had arrived. I had to leave with my car and head back home. On the 01st of July my vehicle was picked up to be taken in for repairs. An ENTIRE MONTH waiting on parts. 07th July: Vehicle being attended in primer 08th July: Vehicle being attended in prep for paint 11th July: Vehicle being attended in assembly 13th July: Vehicle being attended in paint 14th July: Vehicle is being attended 18th July: Vehicle is being attended in assembly 20th July: Vehicle is being attended in assembly 21 July: Provisionally collection date is 22 July 22 July: No collection, collection date moved to Monday 25 July 22 July: Quality Control 22 July: Vehicle failed quality control. Paint, gloss and central locking all incorrect This is by far the WORST service I have ever experienced in my life, and it is shocking that after TWO MONTHS, all that has been done is a bumper and a windscreen. If you can avoid taking your vehicle to this workshop, do it. I will most likely be sitting without my car for another month, with no ETA provided, no alternative solutions, or any way forward.
