Great support from Kroonstad ford motus
THANKS:Callie Kock and Jame Voster and the rest of Kroonstad team for helping me with my ford Kuga after having the difficulties with my insurance to pay mechanical cost.I am proudly to say my car still in good condition after being in the store for 18month and Thanks for the support to make sure my car still run smoothly.now the car with me and no problem keep supporting others especially Kuga owner

No reply from standard Bank vehicle finance after I bought the car within six month the car got broken only found out the dealership offered me the warranty which is insurance liquidated a month late I bought the car
No reply from standard Bank vehicle finance after I bought the car within six month the car got broken only found out the dealership offered me the warranty which is insurance liquidated a month late I bought the car. I write so many email to standard Bank to assist no reply from them. It's really frustrating to buy car with standard Bank vehicle finance. I come here to Hello Peter to get assistance.

This insurance company make my life soo difficult 😭😭😭I don't know how possible that they sell the warranty to the dealership not making them aware that their underwriter is at the bad fanancial situation. Now as a comsumer I'm suffering or else they plan this with their partners dealership someone mind know this before. Just be aware this company reject my claim saying they are liquidated

I bought Ford kuga in July 2022 I was soo happy and rated them very good. But currently I found out when I claim that the warranty insurance offered to me liquidated a month later after I bought the car which is I was not aware and don't know the insurance underwriter. Buying a car at lisa cars its really a high risk because my car broke timing belt withing one service in less than six month now I have a urge problem to fix my car and the cost is a disaster.bank told me to ask them to take the car they refused. What can we do if the dealer refused to take the car and the warranty insurance offered to you and paid by the dealership liquidated reject the claim?
