Worst Worst Worst Service ever !!!!!
Worst Worst Worst Service ever !!!!! Vumatel you mastered the technique of frustrating and annoying your clients. My fiber has been down for a week and a half now.. you don't attend to tickets, you don't honor appointments and you definitely know how to disappoint your clients.. I HONESTLY REGRET SIGNING WITH VUMATEL.. WORST SERVICE EVER..

Vumatel has the WORST customer service........WORST
Vumatel has the WORST customer service ever.. My WIFI has been down for 5 days now. I called Metrofibre who informed me that Vumatel technicians' will be assisting me and they have a logged a ticket with Vumatel technical to attend to my problem. Its been 5 days now and no one from Vumatel has called me or attended to my ticket.. This is not the 1st issue i have with Vumatel, their network is always disrupted and i always struggle to get Vumatel to assist me.

Pathetic service from Gigago/MetroFibre \ Vumatel
Pathetic service from Gigago/Metrofibre/Vumatel Its almost 2 months and my router has not been able to authenticate ..and i have no signal.. I called Vumatel/MetroFibre /Gigago a million times and no one from them is able to assist me.. I regret signing up with them... Very poor service..
