There was a misunderstanding with regards to my loan application, but Atlas quickly called to give me clarity. I appreciate the time they took to call me and explain the way the application process works. Thank you Atlas

Poor service
I have been trying to apply for a loan for a week now. I have had 3-4 different consultants contact me for documents, yet I have received no feedback with regards to the status of my application. I would not recommend Atlas finance, their customer service is absolutely **********.

THIEVES
I hate it and would not recommend it. I sent Sharifa and notice to vacate only to receive and email stating that I did not send a notice to vacate and will be penalised. The emails are there. Now when I get ****ed off because it’s not the first time I’ve had issues she runs away and doesn’t want to deal with it. Every time I pay my rent it’s never allocated I only find out at the end of the month because no one communicates with me to say listen we haven’t received rent please can you sort it out and end up being charged for it even though I would pay a week before the first of the month. I got attacked by at the estate and when I was crying my eyes out asking for the vehicle reg so I can open a case they came with stories so my dad had to pull up and cause a scene. UNIMET is a ****ing scam I’ve lost so much money to Unimet. I could go on and on and on about the issues I’ve had. At the end of the day the parks looks great from the outside but once you get in. Lol… good luck.
