Travelgenio Def DONT use them ever

Absolutely Shocking disgusting experience when it comes to refunding your tickets that you paid insurance for. We are in need of serious assistance regarding the above booking made with an Agent called Travelgenio. We have made the booking on 1 June 2022, paid at the same time with Insurance for all 3 tickets. We are now in a situation where the company is relocating us. I have followed all steps and procedures to give the documentation required and every time they need something else before I get my refund. Everytime Travelgenio sends a mail it is more documentation that they require and I am now running out of time to get the refund into the account it was paid from, like they also stipulate in their terms and conditions. Travelgenio is really giving Ethopian Airlines a horrible name, which can clearly not be good for the Airlines. I have all correspondence available from day 1 of the cancellation request which I can forward to you with pleasure. My ticket numbers with Ethopian Airlines, is definitely booked, I have confirmed that. If you require the ticket numbers I will gladly give them to you as well. If anyone can urgently assist me in this matter, I will really appreciate it. Regards Nanette Botha
