I have been a member of this scheme since April 2024 and each time I have made calls to enquire about something, I have been met by such good customer service from the consultants. This time even better ! I had called with an emergency around 2am and told the consultant I will be going to the hospital to get help with my situation. I ended up not going to the hospital. At 4am she called me to check on the progress since she was expecting a call back from me to get the authorization code but I missed the call since I had fallen asleep. This evening at 7pm, 17 hours since I called, she called me back to check if I was okay and managed to get the help I needed. I am so grateful for that humane act because she could have easily forgotten about me. So grateful Tutu.
