i had a car service insurance i took the policy around July last year they told is gone start working in November i can take my car to any service station. please note when you took service they ask the kilometers of the car which we did that fine. Here comes November i wanted to take my car for services they say no it will qualify next month which is December. January this year i took the car for service at service station they log in call to liquid Capital they found out this service plan was cancelled. i called them they told me about the kilometer of the car ask why debt on my account are still going out they told me they will refund me but is going to take 21working days this happened January is March now no refund.
i had a problem with one of their drivers he bumps into my car last month His name is Ricardo and he pleaded with me that he loses his job if we take this to the police, we better take this to the owner. he did that took it his boss and spoke to Theo Fernandez he said i must the quotation i did that i waited for a response for about a week nothing i decided to phone him he told me that his waiting for insurance till today nothing is happing is almost a month now.
i transfer money to a wrong account and capetic didn't want to assist as they're responsible to stop the account but instant they told me to open a civil case asking myself what case am i opening while I'm the one who did a mistake so capitec failed me as a customer big time and it was not just a small amount half of my salary.
