DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I WAS LITERALLY VERBALLY ABUSED BY THE ELECTRICIAN THEY SENT OUT BECAUSE I REFUSED TO PAY R1800 FOR A SWITCH TO BE TURNED ON.when I asked for a more detailed invoice because I wanted to know exactly what was done, I immediately received a threatening voice note asking for another code so he can come and switch off the power. Furthermore I was told that I should have just been honest that I don’t have money. DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL! This company takes advantage of people! Do not use!
I have peace of mind knowing that I have miway as my insurance. The app is so easy to use, and It gives me comfort that I can use the emergency assist button. I have used the button twice now, and an agent from miway called me back immediately! Great service! This is what insurance should be like.
