After a lady by the name of Gontse literally harrased me for 2 days to take up their services, i explained to her my sketisism about taking out anything over the phone but she reasssured me like the sales person she obviously is and i eventually let my guard down and accepted everything, even their mandate BUT immediately after i accepted the mandate, as i was waiting from her to call me back i was called by a different person, which i explicitly told to not bother explaining and just cancel everything because they were behaving in a suspicious manner. He then got Gontse to call me back and i told gontse that i dont want to discuss anything any further and would liek to cancel everything that i had just accepted and we agreed. A week later, i called again to ensure that they cancel and spoke to a lady by the name VALENTIA( The most ***********, rude, unattentive and insensitive person ive ever come across in the history of client care). I also repeated asked this lady to ensure that my account is not debited because no service was renderd to me and i didnt want to continue, she said to me i should wait until the debit goes off and then we can request a refund as she could reverse the debit at this point and i let it be. The debit went off my acc on the 10th and when i called in for a refund, Valentia told me without any fear of contracdition that i wont be getting a cent and that there is nothing she can do, i asked for my call recordings and they only sent the ones where i accpeted the policy and she claims they dont have the ones where i asked to cancel.I have called the company more than 20 times to try and speak to someone who is objective or the complaints manager but i keep being refferd to Valentia and being told that there is no one else for me to speak to, i must forget about my R700+ that was debited after a spoke to 3 people to cancel their services BEFORE the debit went off. I am more dissapointed in myself for letting this happen as my gut told me all that i need to know, DO NOT TAKE UP ANYTHING WITH THESE ****MERS, They are charming at 1st but will hang up on you after they debit your account .
Seeing as you are affiliated with MYAUTOCARENOW, maybe I stand a better chance getting a response from your end. I am super unhappy with the service I have received from these guys that I bought a vehicle with, the head never knows what the tail is doing and I have fought with almost everyone in that building from Neo, Nasim, Ruada, Tshepi, Daniel and 50 000 other people. Non of these guys ever give anyone feedback or want to come to the phone, everytime I call I speak to someone different who doesn't know what my story is and I explain and they say they will revert and never do. I got into an accident on Monday the 23rd, your guys sent an AA agent to come collect the vehicle from the scene and on Thursday when I called to check how far we were, no one knew where the vehicle was, luckily I went with the guy so I saw where he dropped it off. 3 days after the accident, no one had called to find out where there car was, they clearly were not planning or had not started with any paper work whatsoever. I then directed them as to where the vehicle was for collection and they did and have it on their premises. When I signed my contract, I signed on an access fee of R12000 but all of a sudden I am being told that the access has been increased to R25000 and I must accept it whereas I din receive not a single call or email about this. I sent a follow up email to Jozelle, Ruada and Valentino but I'm yet to receive a response but I got an email a day ago from jozelle about my installment that is due. WHAT IS THIS?????? I am shocked at this service, everytime I call for someone that works here that I spoke to they are unavailable and while I hold for anyone else, the agents chit chat in the background, having a time of their lives, IS My Auto Care even a company? I regret the day I ever met them, the only person I've ever dealt with with any form of integrity in that company is a Mixed race lady that I unfortunately forgot her name but she knows herself. I am a customer service team leader and I honestly wouldn't mind teaching your guys a thing or 10 million about customer care, they are disgusting...May I please get a response as soon as reasonable possible, I've had it with theses guys. I once called to book my car in for a service and they took well over a month to revert to me on a booking , by the time they booked the car in, it was already 6000ks due, after calling in every week and speaking to someone different, I can literally go on forevvver....Please sort this out
The WOOOOORST CUSTOMER YOU CAN EVER DEAL WITH FROM AN ADMINISTRATIVE NIGHTMARE TO 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AGENTS THAT NEVER WANT TO COME TO THE PHONE, HELP YOURSELF AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
This is literally a complaint on a complaint and has been waiting on Hulisani Madzivhandila for the last 3 days to respond to me, despite a follow-up, i remain in the dark. What is the use of appointing someone to assist with my complaint who can go for 72 hours without saying anything and responding on follow-ups also? I am appalled at the service I am receiving from a bank to I've been loyal.
I made a payment with my FNB card at an establishment in my neighbourhood for R1500 and it went through and was successful, but only yesterday 12 days later i see the money being taken from my account, when i call the bank they tell me that this was only banked then. How does this make sense?I want that money reversed into my account, its shocking how i am inconvenienced for your delays. I need my money back in my account.
I cannot believe that i logged a dispute on a fraudulent activity on my account and i still ahve not heard anything from FNB 15days later but my card has been blocked. I have called atleast 4 times since and im being taken from pillar to post without answers and no one can assist, every other department keeps passing on the bug.Only today i learn that the ref number is 2023-2118102 which was never emailed or sent to me in any way. The worst i tell you...
