After a lady by the name of Gontse literally harrased me for 2 days to take up their services, i explained to her my sketisism about taking out anything over the phone but she reasssured me like the sales person she obviously is and i eventually let my guard down and accepted everything, even their mandate BUT immediately after i accepted the mandate, as i was waiting from her to call me back i was called by a different person, which i explicitly told to not bother explaining and just cancel everything because they were behaving in a suspicious manner. He then got Gontse to call me back and i told gontse that i dont want to discuss anything any further and would liek to cancel everything that i had just accepted and we agreed. A week later, i called again to ensure that they cancel and spoke to a lady by the name VALENTIA( The most ***********, rude, unattentive and insensitive person ive ever come across in the history of client care). I also repeated asked this lady to ensure that my account is not debited because no service was renderd to me and i didnt want to continue, she said to me i should wait until the debit goes off and then we can request a refund as she could reverse the debit at this point and i let it be. The debit went off my acc on the 10th and when i called in for a refund, Valentia told me without any fear of contracdition that i wont be getting a cent and that there is nothing she can do, i asked for my call recordings and they only sent the ones where i accpeted the policy and she claims they dont have the ones where i asked to cancel.I have called the company more than 20 times to try and speak to someone who is objective or the complaints manager but i keep being refferd to Valentia and being told that there is no one else for me to speak to, i must forget about my R700+ that was debited after a spoke to 3 people to cancel their services BEFORE the debit went off. I am more dissapointed in myself for letting this happen as my gut told me all that i need to know, DO NOT TAKE UP ANYTHING WITH THESE ****MERS, They are charming at 1st but will hang up on you after they debit your account .
The WOOOOORST CUSTOMER YOU CAN EVER DEAL WITH FROM AN ADMINISTRATIVE NIGHTMARE TO 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AGENTS THAT NEVER WANT TO COME TO THE PHONE, HELP YOURSELF AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
This is literally a complaint on a complaint and has been waiting on Hulisani Madzivhandila for the last 3 days to respond to me, despite a follow-up, i remain in the dark. What is the use of appointing someone to assist with my complaint who can go for 72 hours without saying anything and responding on follow-ups also? I am appalled at the service I am receiving from a bank to I've been loyal.
I made a payment with my FNB card at an establishment in my neighbourhood for R1500 and it went through and was successful, but only yesterday 12 days later i see the money being taken from my account, when i call the bank they tell me that this was only banked then. How does this make sense?I want that money reversed into my account, its shocking how i am inconvenienced for your delays. I need my money back in my account.
I cannot believe that i logged a dispute on a fraudulent activity on my account and i still ahve not heard anything from FNB 15days later but my card has been blocked. I have called atleast 4 times since and im being taken from pillar to post without answers and no one can assist, every other department keeps passing on the bug.Only today i learn that the ref number is 2023-2118102 which was never emailed or sent to me in any way. The worst i tell you...
