GOOD SERVICE
Good Day, It is my pleasure to give a compliment to those who deserve it Recently my home suffered damage from severe weather storms around the Hartbee****rt area. Dolphin Home Improvements was asked to assess the damages to my home as well as Moira who I believe was the assessor. Dolphin Home Improvements came to my property to have a look at the damages and it was evident that they did not try and rush the assessment. The team spent close to 6 hours well into the night to try and find the source of the leaks. They took the time to explain to me in detail what the problems and damages were. A few days after the team met with Moira and explained all the damages to her and shared their findings. Delays in the claim caused some frustration on my end which I do apologize for. As we work from home and the repairs were to be done to different sections on the property, Dolphin Home Improvements conducted a final site visit to arrange material and suppliers in my area as well as explain the repair process and accommodate our schedules. The teams arrived on time every day and it was evident that the work was well planned for as everyone was divided into their work areas immediately and knew what to do. All affected areas were sealed off to still maintain our privacy during the repair process. It was a pleasure to have Henk and Guilome onsite every day who constantly kept me informed of the process and assisted with the repairs. Henk pointed to me every afternoon what was done for the day and ensured we were happy. As a result, we made some changes and used them for additional work. Dolphin Home Improvements needs to be thanked for their professionalism and dedication to ensure all repairs were completed to high standards, NIC for handling the insurance claim on my behalf, and Hybrid for sending a professional dedicated team to complete the repairs and most importantly ensuring a happy wife again.
