Nightmare move

Dont use these people. They took forever to pack our stuff; there was a lot of sitting around. They stole a self-defence gun, a collection of whiskies, 3 cases of wine and ipod earphones. They broke a desk and our washing machine. They ripped open a wrapped gift to see what was inside, They asked for a bonus almost as soon as they arrived, and asked for whisky and ciagrettes. They got "lost" for an hour between the old house and the new one on a trip that should have taken 15 minutes and didnt answer the radio while "lost". The company does not screen its employees; they didnt know the surnames of some of them, and said one was a "casual" employed for the day. If the company took this complaint up with the employees, I wasn't told - I was simply told that if l laid charge with SAPS regarding the theft of the gun, "the company wont object". The owner of the company wouldnt call me to discuss this and didnt take my calls when I tried to call him a few times.
