Do not use them.
The service was exceptionally bad. They were ill equipped and unskilled. They did not have the correct equipment and expected the client, an 89 year old lady, to remove the head board from the bed and supply the tools to do this. They tried to move a leather recliner couch without taking the back cushions off, which resulted to damage to the arms. The client had to intervene and take the couch apart.

Do not use them.
The service was exceptionally bad. They were ill equipped and unskilled. They did not have the correct equipment and expected the client, an 89 year old lady, to remove the head board from the bed and supply the tools to do this. They tried to move a leather recliner couch without taking the back cushions off, which resulted to damage to the arms. The client had to intervene and take the couch apart.

Terrible removal service
The experience was such a disappointment. They were early but couldn't enter the estate due to expired license. When they finally arrived 2 hours later, they handled my furniture badly; broke one of the drawers, wiped my mattress in their truck, leaving grease everywhere, my couches are full of grease marks, scratched the fridge. Just terrible... I will never use them again.

Terrible removal service
The experience was such a disappointment. They were early but couldn't enter the estate due to expired license. When they finally arrived 2 hours later, they handled my furniture badly; broke one of the drawers, wiped my mattress in their truck, leaving grease everywhere, my couches are full of grease marks, scratched the fridge. Just terrible... I will never use them again.

Goods ****** and refusal of unloading my items
I had a very bad experience with this company. Firstly, they quoted us R1400 for the move, then, when they loaded everything and got transported it to the location we requested, they updated the quote to R1800 and said that if we don’t pay the excess R400 in cash at that moment, they will not unload their truck. Thus, while I was working, I had to make arrangements to withdraw cash and take it to them and they did not want to accept EFT. Even though we already gave them the quoted R1400 in cash. After all of that, they were extremely unpleasant and rude throughout the whole process, not trying to make anything easier. And an item of R1500 of mine was not even delivered and they just state “we’re not responsible if anything gets lost in the move”, which I think is very poor service. Thus, in effect, I then paid R3300 for a quote that was R1400. Do not use this company.

Nightmare move
Dont use these people. They took forever to pack our stuff; there was a lot of sitting around. They stole a self-defence gun, a collection of whiskies, 3 cases of wine and ipod earphones. They broke a desk and our washing machine. They ripped open a wrapped gift to see what was inside, They asked for a bonus almost as soon as they arrived, and asked for whisky and ciagrettes. They got "lost" for an hour between the old house and the new one on a trip that should have taken 15 minutes and didnt answer the radio while "lost". The company does not screen its employees; they didnt know the surnames of some of them, and said one was a "casual" employed for the day. If the company took this complaint up with the employees, I wasn't told - I was simply told that if l laid charge with SAPS regarding the theft of the gun, "the company wont object". The owner of the company wouldnt call me to discuss this and didnt take my calls when I tried to call him a few times.

They helped my parents move on 19 November 2020 from Kuilsriver to Paarl. Multiple items were stolen. This includes 2 drills (the tape of the box it was packaged in was clearly tampered with), a Kilim carpet and a cd player. Some glassware were broken in the boxes even though they were thickly wrapped with bubblewrap. This was the first time out of many moves in the past that our furniture was handled with absolute disrespect. Sc****s and chips out of a lot of furniture pieces. And to top it all off NONE of the 10 men that helped with the move were wearing masks! Absolutely disgusted by the service. Will definitely not be using them or recommending them in the future!

Hulle het nerens op hulle forms of webwerf iets gesê van dat as hulle nie teen die gebou kan stop nie jy per meter moet betaal. Toe die trok by die ontwikkeling aankom sê die ouens, ja hulle ken die plek en het al 'n paar keer hier afgelaai en die trok kan nie hier in nie. Die kantoor het my toe amper R1000 meer gevra om die goed af te laai. Hulle het ons geen keuse gelaat nie, of ons betaal dadelik of hulle laai nie af, en dan neem hulle die goed kantoor toe, en ons moet betaal vir heraflewering en berging. Ek het 3 keer gevra of daar nie 'n tv op die lys is van dinge wat moet vervoer word nie en 3 keer het hulle gesê nee. Toe ek die aand later kon kyk was daar 'n tv op die lys. Ook het ek 2 keer gevra of hulle seker is hulle het als opgelaai is en hulle het gesê ja alles is gemerk, wat nie waar is nie hulle het die tuinstel net daar gelos wat iemand anders nou moet vervoer. Ook het hulle 'n boks gevat waarin 'n braaipan en ander elektriese ware in was. Ek is so spyt ons het van hulle diens gebruik gemaak. Ons sal verseker nooit weer nie.
