The experience was such a disappointment. They were early but couldn't enter the estate due to expired license. When they finally arrived 2 hours later, they handled my furniture badly; broke one of the drawers, wiped my mattress in their truck, leaving grease everywhere, my couches are full of grease marks, scratched the fridge. Just terrible... I will never use them again.
Hi, In Feb someone called me offering to add another 1G to my current contract, I said that's fine but it had to be linked to my current number (ie: same number - not give me a different number and sim card). I received documents and it included another sim card. When I check the MTN app, they loaded ANOTHER number to my current contract with the additional 1G. This is NOT what I expected and not what I want to pay for. I tried going into an MTN store, but apparently, they could not help me. If the 1G cannot be added to my same number - PLEASE CANCEL Here is the Reference Number: 2 5 2 1 7 0 for the emails I sent to customer care.
Somerset West mall MTN do not answer phones. 1) I upgraded on Monday and I took out another contract (for some reason they couldn't complete the process) & completed RICA. 2) I came back on Thursday (signed forms), waiting in line again and again they couldn't complete the process. 3) Came back on Friday, received new sim after waiting 2 hours. Got home and the sim is BLOCKED. **I refuse to go into that store a 4th time (the store is HOT, the agents unfriendly and waiting time is LONG). There is no customer care, no communication and a very frustrating process. They also don't answer their phone ********** nor emails and MTN customer care cannot assist me because they cannot see whats happening (the store needs to assist). Please can someone contact me who knows whats going on or just fix the problem and let me know.
