SAIBA MEMBERSHIP NO - SAIBA6392 I keep on receiving e-mails about outstanding invoices, however whenever I respond to the e-mails informing them I am not longer employed and not able to pay, they just choose to ignore me. I have sent a number of e-mails to my "consultant" Nkosinathi Jayiya since 2022, informing him that I have been unemployed since 2021, and will not be able to pay for my membership he has never bothered to respond and advice of a way forward or the cancellation process. The only time I will get communication from him is when he tells me about outstanding invoices. On 2 November, I contacted the accounts department and requested to cancel, they told me I will not be able to cancel until I have settled the outstanding bill. How will I be able to settle when I am unemployed? On the same date 2 November, I sent e-mail to C Phalatse, whom I was told is a supervisor, attaching the e-mails I have previously sent to Nkosinathi, she has also not yet responded. I am frustrated I don't know what else to do, can somebody please assist
Even though our course is for free, but the professionalism of Mr Ruan Landsberg is on another level. I am learning so much on each and every lesson, thank you so much!
