Spoke to Anathi Gobeni I am very happy with the service , overall what started as a add of new cover turned into disappointment, which was then escalated and a completely different outcome and revision of my current policy was reached , as for the cover they offer on my vehicles and home contents i am extremely happy, however concerning my personal drones they are falling short as they dont cover a drone while it is being used which totally doesn’t make any sense. However that is obviously a small part of the business overall i am very pleased with KP !
I was researching and planning for a solar system installation and I regard myself as extremely lucky and fortunate to have met with PKM Solar they exceeded my expectations and beat 3 other quotes outright the service and expertise they installed my system with is exemplary. The system I have has taken me off grid and is working superbly, I would recommend the team from PKM to all my friends and family with no hesitation if you’re in the market give PKM a call or mail them you wont regret it.

This is a short review of the utter uselessness of these brokers, My girlfriend had compared apples with apples and elected to change brokers after almost twenty years as they maintained often that their deal and price is the best she could get, stating all kinds of motivational bull**** such as her risk and area and age etc. to justify absurdly raised prices in comparison to quotes underwritten by the same companies from other brokers that she eventually accepted. (And I point out still underwritten by the same Insurance entity as with these idiots) She mailed Denco Portfolios ( Chantelle Muller) and confirmed the date her cover would be over if she gave her 30 days’ notice to which she received a e-mail reply the end of April 2020, she confirmed that they should not deduct the debit order end April and gave 30 days’ notice all this the end of march..... Jump to the end of April 25th the debit order does go off and it goes off double executed by Brolink Insurance as per the beneficiary ID on the statement when she contacted Denco Portfolios Mr. Cobus, said they did everything right and cancelled the policy! I am astounded! that should all be good but what about the double debit order what in the name of Zeus was that? So he Cobus Denco Portfolio shrugs off he's responsibility and passes the ball back to her during a nationwide lockdown to reverse and fight for what they accidentally stole from her. He further says that she should go to her bank in the midst of the national lockdown to reverse the debit order, and states then she would not have any cover for the remainder of April contradicting he's email from Chantelle sent on behalf of Denco Portfolio!!! Bear in mind the 27th is a public holiday "Freedom day " what an coincidence in a lockdown. I as an outsider told her a month ago to activate a stop order against this debit order but she maintained she had asked more than once and trusted all would go as promised , now they deducted a double premium almost as if they knew that a stop order at the usual amount would kick in but it wouldn't at a new amount now that is the conspiracist in me and it is my personal feeling that they are malicious and unscrupulous, conniving scammers in the way they conduct their business and I am infuriated at this company. I hope that many people will read this and take heed in their actions they are not all that and lack in service backbone towards their clients they don’t have your best interest at heart compare your policies with others and be amazed, and they don’t own up and action their mistakes but leave it to you the client to fight for and recover. I will also be writing to Brolink and will give them time to reply before also posting these facts that incriminates them as the debit initiator, hateful industry and grudge purchase if there has ever been one. Furthermore I am standing by to see the resolve if any before I also submit to social media nationwide.
It is true that the people make or break any experience with a company , I had tried ordering two items from the "Cape union mart " website my order was placed and no option for payment given .....eventually after a few days I wrote to ********** .....no response still at writing this no response utter useless customer care......... Then I started mailing individual stores for the items I was after , Woodlands wrote back and said that they have one of the items in stock , I asked if they could order the other Item but they said "The tent we no longer stock" and that means what because the tent is on the Cape Union mart website how can’t they stock it or at least order it specifically , this response left me utterly frustrated... and I started looking for substitutes with the same criteria at other providers. Brooklynn branch came to the party with "Edward" confirming stock and also being prepared to keep it for me till I can collect as I was at the point of conversation and exchange of mails abroad , I have made alternative arrangements to have it collected and paid for by my Daughter, "Edward was very accommodating and did he's level best to problem solve and assist me with this acquisition of equipment and because of individuals like him I will continue to have hope for "Cape Union Mart" . At the time of receiving the mail from Edward I was actively pursuing other brands and options as I need this equipment for an upcoming mini traverse, if he had not intervened, I would have shopped elsewhere. Cape Union Mart Head office need to implement a more proactive customer care system to deal with online orders and possible queries their system is useless, and they do not return any correspondence. Mr Ebersohn of Brinant Security in Moreletapark a name that has become synonymous with unhelpful and stubborn with zero customer relations. The previous complaint in 2016 was never answered by them and I am sure neither will this , they did nothing since then about the issue between myself and them and continued on their merry way , and now I am cancelling their service. the taste they have left is putrid useless and not at all client orientated don't be fooled by their fancy wording on their website!
<p>I am having such terrible relations with this company about small issues , and it is appalling that they see their actions as rightful, In 2016 my wife signed up on a armed response and monitoring contract with Brinant security in Moreleta Park , we got divorced and needed to change the contract over to my name as my wife moved out of the house , I was overseas at that time and told them I would pay them via transfer monthly they should remove my wife from the debit system , they received their eft from me for the amount due but proceeded to deduct the debit order from my wife , after numerous emails and no success they continued to deduct from my wife leaving me in credit until I signed the new contract .</p> <p>I went to SA in Feb and signed the contract believing that it is just a change of ownership and continuation of the existing contract , now seeing the invoice the upped the price and the sales rep who signed the new contract did not inform me of the change in rates.</p> <p>I Have been in correspondence with Mr Ebersohn and he maintains the moral high ground of it’s on the contract and informed me that if there is a issue it must be taken up with the sales rep!!! </p> <p>The issue is they insisted I sign the new bank debit order so that the debit order can be taken from me and not my ex wife , why did they change the details of the contract and not point that out to me , it is obvious they do as they please and do not offer any transparency to their way of conducting business and to get them to revert to the arrangement as before seems impossible , I would urge anyone considering their service to think long and hard as they are in my opinion sneaky and their customer relations leave much to be desired.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
Accon was informed about my faulty alarm system and had sent their technicians out to asses the issue. They never quoted after two weeks I called them again and again they sent out technicians and identified the problem according to them. They quoted in replacing the siren and two passive infrared sensors, I paid the quote in full and they arrived to fix the problem , but turns out that this was not the problem after again quoting on replacing the whole keypad and virtually a new system i asked them to quote on fixing not replacing they have still not responded this issue has dragged on since early December 2015 todays date 19 Jan 2016. The technician identified the issue after replacing the horn and the one passive I asked they should credit me on the other passive as quoted still has not been done, I have witheld my monthly fee as a result and cancelled their service effective immediately! The service is non existant such a sad demise of a very pleasant 4 year relationship it is unbelievable that they have become so slack about service !
