Pest Infestation & Unprofessional Behaviour
Indoor plants have pest infestations: I saw spider mites and aphids and didn’t want to look any further. Totally unacceptable because it will spread the pests and ruin your plants if you buy them and take them home. I was at the store last month when they weren’t too busy and one of the tellers was singing at the top of her lungs and dancing in the front area of the store which I found extremely unprofessional. The manager was not far away but didn’t do anything about it until I called him aside to say that I found it extremely off putting.

Vox - ZERO Customer Service!
Terrible service and no tel for Customer Service - you have to email. Tiffany Perry is the worst. Transfer of ownership requested in Sept 2021 and she confirmed it was done only to be told today that she "never created the ticket". Issue still not resolved. On the phone for 22 min and still didnt get to speak to anyone. Try to escalate to a manager but they wont take the call. disgusting really
