I ordered via Uber eats. The delivery never arrived so I went to the shop. 5he assist didnt know anything about my order, the changed her story the delivery guy had taken it. I told her I hadn't received it, almost after an hour, of which it was scheduled. She then old me, then the driver tool your order, without any further assistance, or trying to get hold the Uber driver. Poor service. I wont go there anymore. I where a loyal customer but not anymore.
I placed an order online with Uber eats. I 0laces it before 14:00pm, for delivery at 17:00 pm. It is now 19:12pm, and we are still Awaiting order. We went to the specific store we ordered from and they where not helpful and just said the driver had already take order. I have received nothing. Uber eats are a **** as well as their deivwr called banjoko
This is a **** and no customer service or support what so ever. Placed my order on Saturday via ozow. On Summaries SA it stated payment is pending.I thus send the prove of payment and all the info to SummariesSA not only via email but via WhatsApp as well. I asked for assistance, they received and read the message, but not not even so much as a "Hello, we will look into it". Or Hello how can we assist. Poor service.
Customer service is none existing. Have an issue with one of their vendors, whom took my money, and I am still awaiting delivery.I spoke to an agent (Eishle) claimed he would sort it out and add me into the he emails and communication but nothing happend. I haven't received any communication from either the vendor not pay just now. As a single mom, I don't have money to spare and I feel both companies are a big disappointment and let down, due to lack of customer service.
Good day Peter. I'm really disappointed by Rain,. poor service indeed.. I have applied for a Sim card deal, but had to aboard the connection as my Id had been stolen and they would take a Certified id copy. Ok No problem. I had requested a refund. The employee whom phoned me back on the 8 July said it would take 10 working days. It is the 6th of August and I still have not received anything.
